Greetings!

 

Primarily self taught, I have been drawing and painting since I can remember. After many years in a finance career, I finally left the corporate world to pursue my creative aspirations.

I see the world in vivid colors.  I LOVE exploring with bright colors and using intense hues.   My long-standing medium of choice has been acrylics, for their layering capabilities and brillant colors. 

 

Animals are wonderful subjects because capturing them in paint is like creating magic!  A unique personality, an engaging look, or a lively spirit are all within brushstrokes.  Thus they are my favorite subjects.....I paint any animal that strikes my fancy!   My paintings are usually imaginative, fun, and simply happy!
